Poor Customer Service

Twice within the last 2 weeks walmart.com has delivered me cards that don't trigger till I contact them-and available seats after which watch for a long time period. Because the first time that I named them last period, it required 3 months for that cards to become triggered... I obtained these cards a week ago plus they are still not triggered... We will observe how long it requires this time around

Their customer support is bad for that proven fact that I purchase a lot of giftcards from their store and that I keep obtaining the same cook cutter reaction that it might take 3-5 business days to trigger the cards, even if I let them know that they're intended for Christmas for my workers. I requested to talk to somebody the can advance the problem plus they hung-up on me.

Only for the report within the last ninety days instore and online I've bought $2,800 in giftcards, 1 iPad 3,4 Kindle Fires, 2 Kindle Contact and 1 iPod Contact... I'd genuinely believe that they might try to repair an issue that's not my problem... Imagine I had been wrong! I'll not store at walmart again considering this is actually the 2nd period it has occurred.
