Instant Checkmate is meant to be able to do background checks on individuals. The information they provide includes wrong information and provides less than a google search on a name can do! Checks against my own name provided neither my marriage or devorice information - googling my name gives this! Information on a second name I tried provide none of their criminal record but details of a traffic offense at age 3! Immediately (within 10 minutes) rang for refund - they attempted to word it as a cancel and no future charges... I spotted their careful wording and insisted on my money back... Which they say they will but only time will tell on that!
