Instant Checkmate - Criminal company that needs to be shut down. Fraudulently drafting money out of a bank account without authorization. Then when you contact them to get the refund, the manager wants to threaten you, hang up on you, use unethical business practices. Its unbelieveable how many complaints are on the web regarding this company but they are still in business. Consumers are not given the right information from the background checks that they provide and they tell you right in the terms and consitions that they are not responsible for giving you false information. They are 100% wrong on their reports, but they think they are 100 % right when charging your bank account. DO NOT be a victim to this company and anything I can do to make sure they do not criminally fraud another consumer I plan to report this company in any way that I can to shut them down.
