Voicestream is not making me steaming mad because they are ripping me off

Last year I signed up with voice stream because at my lake home I could not get resception in the mobile home. I was told the service with voicestream would allow me to receive calls in the mobile home or an elevator. I signed up. I received the telephone on Friday.

I called customer service several times and eventually I was told it takes 24 to 48 hours to set it up. I had 72 hours to cancel or I would be charged $295.00 for not keeping the service for a year.

I called again at 56 hours and got a run around. I was then told that it takes 72 hours to set it up. I asked them to cancel it. They told me I had to be at my home phone to cancel the service. Is that a HIT? So I drove home and called to cancel I was assured it would be OK.

They tried to get me to stick around but I told them I was not impressed with the phone service or the customer service and I now see that SPRINT is the most wonderful service I ever had.

Well I sent the phone back first thing as soon as the post office opened. I did get a receipt. About 4 months later I receive a bill for the phone I sent the receipt to show I had mailed it back within the 72 hour time frame.

They also billed for phone service that I never received. They never did get it set up. I cancelled before they hooked the service up. They did continue to bill me monthly fees and late charges because they say I owe them. I have the letter I used to respond to them and I copy it and resend it everytime I get a bill.

I once watched and enjoyed Jamie lee Curtis. Now I hate her for selling this crap. I will never watch a movie or show where she is making money. Jamie Sucks. Please join me until we can do a class action suit let us black ball the spokespersons for this BS stream company.
