Bad customer Service

I went to Target in Cheyenne Wy on Sat Dec 3. I had decided to buy a tracfone they had on sale for $14.99. They said I would have to leave the phone at their counter until after I had finished my shoping. Which I could understand. So when I had finished my shoping i went to the counter to get my phone. They said they would not let my have it unless I paid for it at thier counter. I said i really did not want to have to make 2 credit card purcahses and adked if I could pay for every thing there. They said no. So then I asked if they could just take the phone to the main check out stands and I was told they did not have time for that. So I paid for the phone and the guy put the phone in the bag and does not even staple the bag shut or put the reciept with the bag, Which to my does not make any sense at all. If they are worried about me stealing a $14.00 dollar phone don"t they think I might put something else in the bag and walk out the door with that. Then when I went through the main check out stand I told the cashier how rude the camra Dept was. She did not even respond to my comment. So I went to customer service and asked to talk to a manager. They called the manager. I told him that I had just spent $265.00 in his store and how i was treated in the camera dept. He told me they are not allowed to check out big purchases at the camera dept. And must have been to busy to walk the phone to the main check out. He would talk to them about it. So i asked if I could get Target corpate number or address so I could write to them he gave my this stupid card and no way can you voice your concern with Target directly... It's no wonder my husband refuses to step foot in that store. I would love to hear back form them and see if they can change a policy to have some one take 1 item to the main check out..
