Rude employee

Cashier felt confident about talking back to me when I asked her to wipe the counter at the express check out. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager made the excuse that the employee did not realize I was talking to her when I asked her to wipe the counter. I told manager i had nothing more to say to her because target does not hold customer service at a high standard. I expect to be treated this way in the future because there was no disciplinary action taken.
