Ripoff no longer responsive

I have had clear credit service for at least a couple of years now and they WERE pretty good at thee start as far as customer service goes. But over the last 9 months they have completely stopped responding to any and all correspondence. They have cancelled their phone number and even when they did have it active I was on hold till I get bored and hung up. I doubt they even check their email anymore.

I have tried to cancel my account, but they don't even respond to my inquiries anymore. I'm not sure if they are even a company any longer. It really sucks when a company's customer service you're dealing with in good faith isn't worth anything. I'll just dispute any charges made on my account from now on.
