1st Credit Of America, Clearcredit Has called multiple times trying to get me to pay $59.95 for credit repair from Clearcredit

1st Credit of American has been calling several weeks saying I owe $59.95 for an account with Clearcredit/My Perfect Credit.

I told them I did not authorize this charge, but to no avail. They don't have my credit card number, because I didn't order it! I did get my credit report from Clearcredit back in but it was free. The only time I would be charged was if I requested that they dispute an item. No items were ever disputed by them, because there were no negative items on the report.

I received an e-mail from Clearcredit earlier this year telling me that the website was shut down and out of business. They said they had transferred my account to another company, My Perfect Credit. But the terms at My Perfect Credit included a monthly charge, so I did not open an account.

They will not provide anything to back up this claim and I asked them to stop calling. But they still call several times a day. When I see the number, I just don't answer the phone and they leave a recorded message asking me to call.
