Charged me for dvd never recieved, refunded me, then charged me again

Last August, my husband and I ordered a specific dvd from netflix, and recieved a dvd which had the right sleeve but was the wrong disc. I checked the little boxes which said "wrong dvd in sleeve" and "please send replacement".

Two months later, my husband and I decided to cancel netflix. We hadn't even realised that in that two month period we were only recieving two movies at a time instead of our three. We cancelled, and sent the movies back early in our billing cycle.

About two weeks later, I got an email saying that netflix was still waiting for me to send the mispackaged movie. I went to the website and filed a problem with the disc online.

A week later, I was charged for the mispackaged disc. I emailed netflix about the problem, and they refunded me my money. Five days later, they charged me the same fee again, and also turned my case into a check collections agency which says we now owe $50 for this disc we've been waiting for for the last two months!

We've contacted netflix three times yesterday, and the customer service reps went from good, bad, to worse, each call ranging between a 15-20 minute wait to speak with someone. Now my husband has been on the phone 40 minutes to talk with someone from the collections agency.

We really enjoyed netflix, until this!

If they make an error, keep records and stay on their rears!
