Rip off buissness practices. Lie to get your bussiness then do what they want

Any dealings with AT&T, make sure you have terms in print. After shopping around for cable and other TV/internet options, AT&T promised the best deal. Bull!!!

Iwas told no installation or connect fee but had to put a $449.00 deposit down. Not because of bad credit, just no credit. I was told that that deposit would be applied to my monthy bills until full credit was given. This was told to me on two seperate occasions.
Then after 3 weeks, my first bill came out. OVER 600.00!!!

I've never even rented a movie!

Now Im told that over 200.00 of that is a connection fee.

What happen to NO CONNECTION FEE

And on top of that, they keep the rest of my deposit. Why did they call it a "deposit" when they've decided to keep it.

Seems like they were able to tell me anything to get my bussiness but do whatever they want after Im locked in with them and their equiptment is in my home.

This just isn't right!

BIG company thinks they can roll right over anyone...
