Fantastic SAMs Mt Juliet sucks - Fantastic SAMs in Mt Juliet Tn Sucksk

I have been at fantastic SAMs since 11:30 am and it is 3:30 we are no where close to finished. I brought my daughter in for color and high lights. It is so bad she looks like a a whore from a trail or park. They are trying to fix it but I'm not sure they can. She asked for dark brown color with Carmel high lights what we have right now is black hair with bleach blonde high lights in is awful. Even worse what they said would take 2 hours is at 3 hours and counting. I'm sure they won't discount it but my time is valuable Guess I will send them a bill for my time
