Fantastic Sams - Ruined My Hair. - Fantastic Sams Haircut

Do not ever go to fantastic sams. I've been to numerous locations and they are by far THE WORST hair salon out there. Especially the one in Creve Coeur, MO, on Olive Blvd. They took 7 inches off of my brand new hair extensions that cost $135. I told the manager, Heather, 3 times to not cut the extensions. But of course she did so now I am stuck with demolished extensions, a horrible haircut, very messed up layers, and broke. *never go to fantastic sams.*
