Fantastic sams hair mask - haip mask

I used the fantatsic sams color protecting hair mask after I had a hair colour 2 weeks ago from Fantastic sams.
When i rinsed my hair after I applied that mask, i saw colour coming out of my hair. The water flowing thru my hair was red.
They did paid me the money back but what about the money I lost with lost hair colour. Most of the color from my hair is gone. I just got it done 2 weeks ago.
