Lied to me about having the product shipping product 2 months after ordered Los Angeles

I ordered two products online and was informed that they would ship and be at my address in time for my girlfriend's birthday. I received no phone calls or e-mails about this so I called the week it was to be delivered.

They initially told me one was back ordered and the other could be shipped. The associate I spoke with then asked the manager of internet ordering about the product that was supposedly in stock. They then said both were out. I was told a new shipment would be in within the next several weeks and the manager, Angel, told me that they would ship them free of charge.

I called back today, October 12, and was told that the shipment indeed came in but I apparently was not high enough on their scale to merit anything. I was told that the first item ordered would never be available again.

Worst customer service ever! I have ordered many products from other companies and have never been so disrespected or blatantly lied to before. I will never order anything from Kitson again!
