Missing item - Kitson

I bought 8 items at Kitson 's online store which is shopkitson.com the 3rd week of October and I only received 7 items. The packing list indicated that they were supposed to be all there. I emailed them immediately and after 2 emails and several days after I threatened to report customer service to the management, they emailed me back and said that according to their records everything was sent to me. That's it. End of story. It's like they didn't read the part that an item was missing and that means I didn't receive said item.

I've been buying online for a couple of years now and I never had a problem until now. It was the worst customer service and online buying experience I've had ever!
