We ordered a specific product from Sportskids.com for our daughters 12th birthday in hopes her 10 friend that she has coming will have fun playing. The company promised it would ship by her birthday today the 20th. I called yesterday and it seems they don't open until they want to. I finally got through in the afternoon and was told the item will ship tomorrow the 21st! A day after my daughters birthday and totally contradicting the email they sent confirming shipment was happening the 12-15th. What a complaint rip-off! This company needs to take come customer service classes as well! They took the money the 9th and we still haven't seen the product and who knows when we will! Do not shop Sportskids.com!
