Work off the clock at least 8 hours a week

I've worked for winn dixie nearly 15 years, I'm a department. Supervisor, personally I think I've to work off the time to complete the job. They reduce our hours but need more completed. Our supervisors know we perform off the time, but change a blind vision, stating "I dont wish to notice ir" however they still understand. I get named on my nights down about function I've transformed my quantity once however they got the brand new quantity by another co worker. I'm set under so much stress they cause you to experience you never do enough. Your revenue could be up however they need more. I dont get breaks I clock-out and function thru my dinners, I clock-out at end-of-day and function 1-4 hrs more, when could it be enough?
