Rip-Off Unfair Practices

I too have worked for Winn Dixie for more than 15 years. It is very true what has been said about time cards being tampered with. Times have been changed to accomadate the payroll. The pressure to get a job done in time is so intimadating that most will clock out and finsh thier work to be kept from being harrased at work. Managers always turn a deaf ear to this. Not all managers are bad at all but the one I worked for was as crooked as they come and will continue to win the battle against him because of his store numbers. Payroll is always good, profits are always good, (considering the amount of free items he receives from vendors or marks truck shortages when they are not)!

He repeatdly talks bad about his employess and cusses about customers as soon as they walk away from him. There is no open door policy because if you have a problem "you will be the problem" and be considered trouble. Priceing is not set by store managers so that is not a problem at store level but employee moral is in the dumps, the company looks to make remodling a priority and continues to have $6.00 stocks! So much for employees reaping benefits at this time.
