$400 grandfather clock has not worked since March 3rd

I purchased a complete living room set from Aaron's on March 3. When they brought out my living room suite, one of the end tables had a crack, and it took them 3 weeks to replace the glass and the lamps that did not work. Along with that furniture, I purchased a grandfather clock from the Acme company. Since March 3rd it has not worked at all. It is now May 22nd, and my clock still is not working.

I made a complaint to the corporate store more than 3 times, and nothing has been done. They swore the clock was new, but it was missing knobs and the glass shelves. This clock cost me $400.00. I pay for it faithfully and it does not work. The managers and the people in the store just do not help, and they do not know how to fix the things they sell. I am tired and frustrated with this clock. I feel I deserve better treatment than this. I am so done with Aaron's.
