Bad Customer Service/Issues On Returns

I have been to this store on numerous occasions and have always gotten less than satisfactory customer service. I have tried on two different occasions to return gifts from a baby shower and they would not honor the return, eventhough it was within the allotted return time frame. Now I am stuck with two identical items from my shower that I do not need.
