Wecosign is making promises to property managers guaranteeing leases that they apparently can't keep!

Im a Property Manager in Texas and a co-worker emailed me this posting about Wecosign being a scam which is interesting since we havent been able to collect on one of our defaulted tenants from Wecosign. Every time I call their office line, some guy tells me that I have to talk with the finance gal whoever that is. Im sending this out on my Facebook and Twitter account to find out if anyone else I know is having the same problem with Wecosign. Theres a lot of negative stuff posted on the internet about Wecosign and Frank Jakubaitis.

Someone else posted that Jakubaitis didn't pay his federal and state income tax and had liens filed against him. I found that hard to believe so when I was in southern California recently, I took the time to go to the Orange County Recorders Office in Santa Ana and look them up and whoever it was that posted that they have tax liens filed against him was rightI saw them
for myself. If he doesnt pay his taxes, I guess we cant expect him to pay the rent that he guaranteed.

This company is definitely NOT legitimate! Dont get conned like we did.
