I was having finance problems and was also having problems getting my bank which is Bank of America to help me get a loan modification and was about to get into even more trouble because Bank of America will act as if they are working with you but really have like twenty different people asking you to sign and send back papers but nobody seems to know anything about it when you call. This is when my wife heard on the radio station La Rumba 103 about this company that help people save heir homes even if they are about to lose their homes.

Anyway we call them and got started with them to try and save our home which starts out with around $3000 and them monthly payments of almost $700 then it stays at around $500 after that until its resolved. Anyway I've been paying over a year and each time I try to get an update, I can never be connected with my caseworker because he always working with someone and never returns calls or e - mails when I send them. Each time I called the bank I was not allowed to speak with anyone because my case was in litigation and they was only allowed to speak with my representation which was them.

One day I get a call from BOA from the person who was handling my case and she told me that they were waiting for answers that they needed to start working on my case but was told the exact same thing each time She tried to call the Home Defence Lawgroup and that was that he was not around or that he would call them back or even e-mail with the required info they needed. My bank rep called me and told me to make a decision to send in the info myself or lose my home because this was going nowhere with them and that they were moving on and I would lose my home.

I started calling home Defence Lawgroup and leaving messages and getting now call backs in return so I started working directly with the bank and am currently doing it all myself again and it looks like I'm on my way to getting help this time from the bank. I have herd numerous complaint of people havein the same exact problem with them each time I went to drop off money to them, we would hear the people in the waiting room complaining about the same issue. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and calling the radio station that they advertise on each Saturday moring which is La Rumba 100.3. I really hope you can help me spread the word out on these people and expose them for what they really are. Thank you
