Baby Modeling Scam, Phoenix Arizona Ripped me off 9 months ago please tell me What I can do to help? Arizona

I have written twice now. My email address changed after I wrote my first report. Sorry if it confuses anybody. But I was ripped off too. Exact same story. I WAS told my babies were just what they were looking for, NO I WASN"T told they would not be paid until we went for the photo shoot and then I was told this was their experience. Starbiz has not contacted me since those "headshots" came in. I have never even spoken to or met Bruce Romberg. Should I call and ask for my money back or should I just file with the ag's office. Please let me now what I can do to join the fight. Thanx.
