Raincheck RipOff

I was in K-mart today and overheard this nice old lady telling the cashier about this.

October 10 she came in to get some fat-free sugerfree salad dressing they were out of it. So they gave her a raincheck and the grocery deptment manger told her to call or come in once a week and talk to him and he would put the items aside for her in his office.

So she has been coming in twice a week looking for the items and also speaking to this man... Today she came and talked to him he told her no the items have not come in yet. As she was shopping she found the items on the shelf.

Please note the K-Mart allso tells cotumers that they will call when the item on the raincheck has come in they never once called her. Luckly they don't have time limits on raincheck's.
