Store Manager Gerry Sutton raincheck ripoff & racist

I was trying to redeem a raincheck when the store manager Gerry Sutton shows up out of nowhere and starts interrogating me about the raincheck. The raincheck states "please fill in information on back to redeem, " so just before checking out I filled it in. Gerry Sutton shows up and starting accusing me of trying to use a "used" raincheck (because the back was filled in) and then goes on to suggest that I must have stolen the raincheck and other unsubstanitated accusations.

Then he takes away half of my groceries and the raincheck and blocks me, with his potbelly, from getting the groceries I had already paid for! Obviously if I had actually done something wrong, he would have had proof (they have cameras everywhere) along with his accusations. When I pressed him for proof, he of course could not come up with one.

The woman who had written the raincheck just a few days earlier was at the service desk and she could very well have verified that she had indeed given it to me had he bothered to check. I left in shock at being treated with such hostility just for trying to redeem a raincheck, which I wouldn't have even needed had the store manager done his job well enough to keep sale items in stock.

He obviously doesn't care about good customer service, just the bottom line that he is willing to accuse customers of wrongdoing to not honor them. Plus, it seems odd how he picked on me, racial profiling perhaps?
