Rude cashiers

I love shopping at Sam's club and have never had any problems. My daughter and I were shopping and getting ready to check out and the cashier informed my daughter that the lady in front of her was her last customer. My daughter is handicap and uses a cane. I also am handicap. The cashier proceeds to check out the customer and then 3 of her friends show up and she checks them out. The checkouts are all backed up and this to me was totally rude. Cashiers most are very good at their job. You have the few who ruin it for others. I still believe she should have been fired for doing what she knows is not allowed. Checking out friends and family.
