Kohl's store #1188
Poor customer service and bad attitute

I like the Kohl's stores merchandise and use the gift cards as all my family members seem to be pleased. My complaint is with store 1188 located in Bullhead City AZ. The check out lines are long as there is usually only one cashier, who is screaming for change and help at the other registers as by now the line is taking up most of the front of the store. While I was shopping at least four salespeople asked if they could help me find something. When a cashier finally appears and I mention the fact that they need more cashiers, she whines that they have cutbacks and she is underpaid? She was at the back of the store??? I really hate to stand in line to give a retailer my hard earned money They have a nice Target store in the same mall and I never have any problems and they seem to appreciate my business, they have nice merchandise too and gift cards my family and friends like to get.
