Website lies about return policy

I live in New York, I don't have a car. UPS makes daily dropoffs to my building so when I place an order I need to know that UPS will pick up whatever returns I need to make. The website clearly states that Chadwick's includes a UPS return label so that UPS will pick up (not for free, but that's ok). But the only label that came with my order was a United State Postal Service label. I called and they said, let me check. A half hour later, another rep came on the line and I went through the whole thing again.

She said yeah, that's what they do, sorry about the website, it's my responsibility to get this big box to the Post Office. We went to the website together, she said oh look at that, let me tell my manager. The manager said, for all intents and purposes, too bad, they don't help with UPS, even though that's EXACTLY what it says on the website. I said can I speak to the manager. She said she doubted her manager would come to the phone. I said, what? She checked, and yes, her manager refused to come to the phone. What kind of customer service is that?

I said make sure they know you've lost a customer and I'm filing a complaint.
