Chadwicks gone totally senseless… Don’t shop there...

My girlfriend ordered an item from Chadwicks in August got the merchandize in the mail, but it was not what she ordered. We sent it back and waited for a refund that never came. She called Chadwicks so many times, but the recording always indicated that this was a busy time and to call back later. Finally when on two occasions she was able to get a live customer service agent, she was told that their computer was down and to call back later. So we changed tactics and called their order line again today (Jan 3), and talked to a live order agent. As soon as we told them about the issue, they said that only a manager could fix it. We were then placed on hold while the agent supposedly went to fetch a manager. We were placed on hold for 45 minutes before hanging up. We repeated this twice but never got the manager. This is a rip off to a true sense. We still don’t have our refund...
