Pick up pks. And not being able to mail from apts

I would like my pkgs. Picked up they say no because i live in an apt. 2nd our postal lady locked boxes so we can't even mail a large envelope we have a little tiny slot you can barley get a letter in. Next i printed a label and they said it wasn't the correct date and i no for a fact i printed that label on the 10th and took it to post office that day. I think this is the laziest post office ever i think they make up there own rules. I also wonder how long my package set till they went to ship... It says pick up packages anywhere in u s please you need to do something i have been loosing so many postage costs. There scales are also off. Thank you
