Hydrowave washer is awful - ge hydrowave washe

My new GE Hydrowave washer uses so little water that many clothes do not even get wet. My husbands jeans and socks come out filty. This green feature is nonsense as my usual 2 loads a week is now 10 loads. You can wash only one or two sheets twin, or one sheet queen. The queen set does not get completely immersed but toddles around on top not moving downwards. My replaced washer could handle the entire bedset twin including comforter and mattress cover. I could not be more dissappointed. This machine is garbage and an energy/water eater due to the increased amount of loads I have to do.
