As with every other hydrowave owner, my clothes don't get clean either. Soap residue on darks, dark lint on whites. The washer doesn't agitate fast enough to get dirt out and there is never enough water. Even if you following the washing instructions to the letter, this washer doesn't work. I've switched soaps, I've used less soap, all to no avail. All of these machines should be recalled as defective. GE needs to own up, admit this is junk and refund the purchase price.
