Poor customer service

Well I'm simply furious. Nowadays my spouse and that I visited Lowes to buy a brand new dryer. Whenever we first came we weren't welcomed. We endured within the the plumbing division for more than 45 minutes before somebody eventually found assist. BUT WAIT!!! They didn't assist us at-all they simply stated that they'd get another person to assist you. Therefore after awaiting 25 more moments, the so-called supervisor Pam, arrived around and was exceedingly rude. She appeared more worried about her looks then assisting people. Therefore we are saying twist the dryer, and simply collection some color for the guestroom. Therefore we visit the check-out and there's a brand new cashier that didn't understand what she was referring to. Therefore she screamed to among the mind cashiers. Who had been probably the most ugly girl. I really believe her title was Tess she was excessively rude and experienced the requirement to reveal that she was pmsing! Meanwhile there is another mind cashier who'dnot stop referring to Mountian Dew and ciggarettes. Then this guy strolled by us and strolled like he'd a stick-up his bottom, he requested the top cashier Tess if she'd noticed Pam. Therefore we wound up making the color about the table and went straight to homedepot, where we could bought our dryer, color with no issues.

The moral of the tale is the fact that LOWES HITS!!! Go to Homedepot for the home improvement requirements.
