Hobby Lobby Assistant Manager Unprofessionalism

My husband and I walked in to the HL and walked up to a cashier to ask where a particular item was. She directed us to the area, she was very helpful. However there was an assistant manager who very rudely and loudly told the cashier, "Go show them where it is. I told this cashier, no that's ok I can find it, plus I wanted to look at a few things on the way. But the AM insisted she walk us back to the item and continued with, "There is a reason I want her to do this, she can learn where things are in the store"! REALLY? She didn't need to tell me this nor did she need to tell everyone around me this. This was a very uncomfortable situation for my husband and I. All I wanted to do is get out of there! I will NOT return to that store as long as this woman works there. There is a Michael's right down the street I can go to. I feel your AM needs some additional training on how to address personnel. Also on how to speak in front of customers and to customers. 9/14 1:50 pm
