I had never heard of powerequipmentmart.com, but I took a leap of faith and gave them a shot. Turns out they offered the product I needed at a very competitive price. After placing my order I wanted to get a tracking number, I'm a bit on the obsessive side and like to know how where my packages are. To my surprise I was able to reach them by phone very easily as their number was listed and easy to find.

I was told an email would be sent with the tracking number. I never received the email, but if it managed to get caught up in my junk mail I may have deleted it. So, in fairness I can't say they never sent it, but that I can't recall receiving it.

However, I was extremely pleased when I received my package in less time than I expected given the shipping date range I was given.

The product was in good working order (used it the day I received it for about 3 to 4 hours).

All in all it was a good experience.
