Horrible Cleaning

Purchased a voucher for cleaning. Cleaners were hour late and only stayed 1 hour 2 min when should have been here 4 hours. Worst cleaning ever - had to clean entire house again. Husband was home and said it was a 15 year old boy - used same rag for sinks/toilets everything. Couldn't tell anything was cleaned though because it was all still streaked and dirty. Cleaned hardwood floor and looked horrible - didn't move a thing - just swiffered around everything. Could go on and gave a complete list to living social and they replied with a generic nonpersonal 'unfortunately since you redeemed part of the voucher we can not give you a refund. Emailed again and they just replied with same email - terrible customer service - will phone and try to talk to a manager but from reading these don't hold out much hope.
