Little Tikes Refuses to correct faulty bounce house

We bought the double-jump and slip jump home for the 1 and 3-year old who consider an overall total of 50lbs! We settled 400.00 for this factor May! It had been put up once and we observed the joints were coming apart and also the atmosphere was dripping out. I've been frequently calling Little Tikes to obtain a reimbursement, it's been 4 weeks and not once has anybody delivered my phone or mail. Everytime I contact they provide me the run-around possibly stating the image was blurry, then your bill was blurry, I didn’t provide them with enough pictures, i delivered way too many pictures, etc.

How will you rip-off small children and never care? They state our boss Danielle will-call you in 24 to 48-hours! Four weeks she’s never replied. I’m wondering if she actually exists. They're producing thousands from badly and cheaply-made items! Our guidance would be to quit purchasing little tikes items, I'll never again purchase from their website. When you have anything you purchased and it's broken consider it back again to the shop and simply let them know you don’t want to buy!
