I requested a rebound home from 12pm to 8pm. I settled the supply man when he established it-up for that total period of time. At 5pm, the rebound house collapsed with 6 kids within it. Fortunately, no kids were injured. I found understand that the air fan which was maintaining the rebound home filled was defective. It appeared as if it was 20approximately yrs old plus one of the prongs dropped from the plug whenever we unplugged it, after it collapsed. There have been also numerous little holes about the rebound home when it came. I named the organization at 5pm and requested them to deliver somebody out instantly to check on the jump house. They assured me they might. I NEVER heard from their website before shipping man turned up at 9:30 during the night to get the jump house. He did not talk any Language and so I couldn't clarify what had occurred. The lady about the telephone earlier assured me the boss might contact me to reimbursement me section of my cash about the 3 hours that I dropped. It's today 4 nights later and that I have named them numerous occasions and every time, they state the boss will-call me back and he or she does not.
