Defective, Deteriorating product! Horrible Customer Service

The first summer season had ended in NJ. The set was less than a year old and the orange parts started cracking. I ordered (at my cost shipping) replacement parts. Another summer has passed and the set AGAIN is falling apart. The orange parts that include two sets of steps and a header are faded and cracking. The orange pieces of this set deteriorate and crack apart. It is extremely dangerous with jagged edges on the header aftere they crack apart. This set lasted a year at most. A total waste of money!

I called customer service and they had no replacement parts and offer no assistance. If you can manage to make the playground work without the three major orange pieces, it may last a few years. But don't expect the orange sides of this playground to last more than 1 year. Stay away from the little tikes playground.invest in a wood set. Even if little tikes offers you replacement parts good luck taking it apart again.
