I operate a small restaurant in Los Angeles. Yelp listed my business in their website and since then has been tormenting me to advertise with them for $300 a month. Since I declined to purchase the advertisement package, Yelp reviewers have been manufacturing fake bad reviews and posting them online while filtering and erasing good legit reviews I received from legit customers, damaging my online reputation and affecting my business. I tried to work with Yelp to resolve this matter, but have not been able to reach a satisfactory compromise.
