Good reviews deleted after refusing to advertise

I had a nasty customer who posted a nasty review. I countered and filled out the business info. I asked other customers to write good reviews, which they did. Yelp called to ask me to advertise. I said no, then all the good reviews were deleted, they call it "filtered." I am contacting the FTC. See what good that will do.
