After receiving my packet (I moved and had issues with forwarding mail), I thought this was going to help me to receive my insulin for just $35 per month! This would have been great, but I had not seen my doctor in close to a year and she didn't want to sign a new prescription without seeing me. I could not afford her $300 visit, so I finally convinced her to sign the paperwork and fax it to SCBN. From the beginning, it cost me a $50 set up fee that is nonrefundable. Monthly, it was $35. I was charged the $35 from day one without them getting the prescreption lined up. I was told there was never a fax from my doctor requesting the insulin. I kept calling their office, and finally I went over the one year period and the doctor would not resend the fax for the prescription. I NEVER received any of my insulin. I called and was refunded for 2 months, BUT, I kept calling to inform them to cancel my account if I wasn't receiving my insulin (product). On 8/10, I was finally told that I had to put my cancellation in writing. I was unable to obtain a physical address, only a PO Box. I faxed my letter and demanded my refund within 5 business days. Today, 8/28, I call again and spoke to Terri H again... She refused to help me and I asked for a supervisor. I waited on hold over 5 minutes, hung up and called back. I spoke with Ashley and I told her from the get go that I needed to speak to a supervisor. She asked for my name, I gave it to her. Then she asked me what this was concerning. I told her she was asking a bunch of questions for a supervisor to come to phone. She gave me a song and dance and I told her it was about a refund. Quickly, Jessica, the supervisor came on the phone. We went round and round about my refund. Yes, I was given a charge back for 2 months, but there was still 7 months of $35/month ($245) of my money I wanted refunded immediately. All Jessica could tell me was it cost them $35 for each charge back plus some kind of a penalty. I could care less about their $35 that was my money to begin with. She says she has a contract dated 5/12 that I signed and I will not have any more money to be refunded. Wrong... I have statements dated from 11/11 showing my $35/month ach debits - one even cost me an overdraft fee because I thought this was cancelled in May. It comes down to Jessica hung up on me. I assume I will never see my $245... I want my money refunded. So what is the deal? I inform this company that I have evidence that they were drafting my account and now they don't want to give me my money back because they provide a "service". How can they provide a "service" if they don't give the "product" for that "service"? Help!!!
