Ripoff The windows are supposed to be lifetime guaranteed

I had windows replaced in my home. The ABC Seamless company representative was in Great Falls and has since taken all the records and moved to BILLINGS, MT.

The original work was sloppy and shoddy. ABC Seamless (Great Falls) had sent two people back to repair and fix the problems. Later the window sides on the sliders began to tear up the side. This was due to a flaw on the sliders side panel. I did have four of these windows replaced and still am trying to get the next two replaced. These two windows have the same problems. I have called ABC Seamless in BILLINGS, MT (MORE THAN I CARE TO ADMIT) and as of this date, Sep 27, have yet to receive satisfaction on the repair of the final two windows.

The windows are supposed to be lifetime guaranteed. However, getting ABC Seamless to cooporate is another story.

I also contacted the main office in ND, who tells me that they do not do windows, however, WINDOWS is clearly a part of their advertisement on the following web address: http://www.abcseamless.com/.

If I cannot get this situation solved, I will be forced to seek legal action.
