NPBS DIDN'T extend Sunset Magazine subscription as represented after receiving payment. Website address is bogus. Unable to make phone contact. Electronic message

National Publication Billing Services offered a 2 year subscription to Sunset Magazine for a total amount of $20. Specific instructions were given and followed on who, where, and when to pay. As recommended, copies were kept of all documentation.

Initial subscription ended May. New (extended) subscription should cover 2014 and 2015. Effective with the April issue of Sunset, the new thru date of May appeared. As of Sept the 2nd year extension thru 2015 has not been processed.

What a ripoff. This company took payment for a 2 year magazine subscription and never delivered the 2nd year.
