Rented a property from David Garden. The house had repairs that needed to be done. Mold was growing on the ceiling. Called and informed the property managers (there was always a new manager each time we called or went to office). Each time they said some one would be out to fix the issues. Each time we asked to speak to David Garden, he was out of the office, or in a meeting.
This went on for months. Finallly we got tired and told them we was holding the rent until the repairs were fixed. Viola! David Garden calls us back! He claimed that this was the first time he heard something was wrong with the house and that he was not aware of any requests for repairs. Come to find out that the same repiars that we were asking to be fixed were the same repairs the the Department of Health had declared him to fix 2 years ago!
False promises were made and No one ever came to fix anything. He filed an evection on us. He would file them in different courts and this run around game lasted for months. Long story short—We got tired of his games and moved out. Now I am out of my deposit. I wish I knew about this websit before doing business with this company.
