Allied Collection Services
Audrea Howard Allied is in cohuts with Daniels Auction House to rip off consumers

Shops, Products, Services

I got a copy of my credit report. It had a listing there from Allied Collection Services.

It said I owed money to Jewelry Auction House. When I contacted Allied, they said it was for Daniel's. How can they post wrong information?

It seems all these auction houses and collection agency is in the same part of Las Vegas and seem to be in cahoots.

I got an email from Daniel's Auction House

Now they operate under Colonels Auction house; www.colonelsauctionhouse.com/

They said I owed the $2,000 for a list of items. I told them I never ordered or bought anything from them.

They said I could pay the $2,000 or they would sent to a collection agency. I have never ordered anything from these people, yet this $2,000 shows up on my report.

For the past year I have been trying to get this bogus report off my credit report. The credit agency even admits they do not have my SS number and they have never sent them anything to verify the account. Yet they won't take it down.

I have asked them to comply with the Fair Credit Act and validate and verify the debt. They have never setn me anything and are in violation of the fair credit act, yet it still shows up on my credit report.

I never ordered anything and they have never sent me anything and yet they are trying to exort money out of me.

They continue to say I can pay the $2,000 or they will continue to ruin my credit.

All these auction houses are the same.

They use icollector.com. Icollector.com, says it is not use they only use our software. They say the software says you bought these items.

They are all scam artists, running u the prices on all this junk art. Guess what they are trying to make me pay and I never bid on anything.

Icollector is a fraud online auction house hiding behind a host of different corporations. I "won" some original Dali's, Van Gogh, Picasso's etc at a fraction of the estimated values, approximately 2% of icollectors professional evaluations. Dali's were going for $60 while appraised for $40,000-$60,000! This was From Daniels Auction House, which is the new name, was Southwest Auction ad then Icollector.com Once I read this is a scam I did not pay and now they are trying to ruin my credit. Lets stop these b*ards. Fraud! I was the winning bidder on a lot in the Yagoda collection April. I bid on ebay and was declared the winner.

Numerous communications to Showtime Auctions by telephone and email went unanswered. One month later a communication from icollector arrived telling me I was not the winner but that the lot went to a floor bidder. Showtime Auctions has a dismal ebay rating (below 97%) and probably would be worse if ebay did not remove my ability to leave negative feedback for this item. How many other collectors bidding on ebay had their winning bids negated in favor of a floor bidder? We may never know. Hotjewelryauctions or Icollector.com Auctions are a scam, you will get worthless jewelry and rude customer service.
