Enraged over jacket on mission to get money refunded, grandson 5 still crying

Ordered leather jacket for 5 year old grandson on 8/3/04 from just-leather.com. Waited out the time frame estimated, then started e-mails, phone calls, left messages, total of about 30 times. Received 3 replys, once they said in process of moving, once stating they would handle matter right away, last time said I would receive a refund immediately.

That was weeks ago. Attorney wants too much money to peruse case for a ($37.98) refund. Contacted BBB of Trenton sent back forms and also reported them to fraud hotline. I am so enraged that they made a fool out of me (and upset my grandson) that I am on a mission to destroy this Bill Suriano and Mike Sherman and this so-called Just-leather.com. I was so happy to come across your web site, I do hope you can help me get to these creeps who prey on people who use their services in good faith. I will be forever grateful for any advice you can offer.
