Ripoff took money and no product sent

I ordered the 3 Button Carly Leather Jacket, size large ($59.99 plus shipping of $7.99) on November 27 at 17:06: 44 from just-leather.com and have NOT received my leather jacket. It has been 4 WEEKS and I have NOT received my leather jacket and I have NOT got and responses about where it is.

During those 4 weeks I have e-mailed and called continuously. I have NOT received any respose from the e-mails and have NOT got any returned calls about my concern of NOT recieving my order. I have recorded all my contact e-mail and call attemps that I have made, since the jacket had been ordered (but NO delivery has been made).

I have also contacted the UPS and they said that they have recieved a pickup conformation, but the just-leather.com has NOT responded to confirm this. The tracking number that was put on my order was invaild and the UPS has confirmed this.

This business that Bill Suriano (just leather.com) is running is a fraud and I want my money back ASAP or I want mu # Button Carly Jacket.
