John Price E-bay ripoff, dishonest fraudulent seller pricemarketing1

I won an auction for an Emerald cut Aquamarine & diamond ring in a gold setting, but what I received was a Oval Citrine, no diamonds in a gold setting. When I e-mail Price Marketing, they responded with the statement that the gold setting caused the stone to turn yellow. Stated they would take ring back and refund me less shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee... All for their error. I filed a negative feedback with E-bay, then received a nasty e-mail from John Price, who then in turn filed a negative feedback on me. They have still not agreed to make full restitution for their error, they still want me to pay for shipping of the wrong item... What kind of merchant is that?
