On August 3. I ordered U-Verse Internet Service for my home through at&t. I was told by the representative who was setting up my internet service about a promotion for current, new and previous customers. On August 3 for internet service, At&t were promoting free of charge for the gateway modem, with free installation if I chose to install the internet myself. I was also informed by a representative setting up my internet service account that I will not be billed for the gateway modem package or shipping and handling fees unless my service is being interrupted for a non payment. I was informed by at&t representative that I will only be charged an activation fee of $55.72. I was aware of the internet packaged I had chosen in which was the at&t U-verse Internet Elite for (12 months at $24.95).

I was then told that in order for me to claim that 12 month for $24.
